Journalling is one way to be intentional about spiritual growth. There are many ways to do this, but the key thing is to keep a record of what one hears and experiences. So much is forgotten in life; so much passes us by before we have a chance to engage that we need a tool to help us capture insight.

Every year we produce a journal for the Commons community that signals our intention to be thoughtful about what we do together, to take notice of what happens inside of us, to preserve what we hear and think.

The Journal Project has information about who we are as a community and resources for those looking to connect at Commons. It also lays out our teaching schedule for the coming year with space to takes notes each weekend. Journals are available at the Connection Centre for free every Sunday or you can download a digital edition right now.

The digital editions are designed to work with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app (available for iOS and Android). Opening the Journal in Acrobat will allow you to take and save your notes to the interactive PDF file.

We also provide all of our content free to other churches including our series outlines and custom artwork check out our Liturgy blog for details.
