PRAYER
Written by Kevin Borst
God in these moments we recognize all the ways that you have been pursuing us.
Continue to reveal to us Lord your grace and love that you have for us.
Breathe life into us Lord, that we may be love to those around us.
Amen.

COMMUNITY PRAYER
Written by Bobbi Salkeld
[Refrain from “Living Resurrection Life” in athering for Worship]

Together we hold the places in our lives and world that need the renewing work of Christ.

Let us pray:
Loving God, with you, Easter is a season of new life, the closeness of your presence, and the gleam of Jesus’ self-giving love. Together we centre our hearts on human needs and vulnerabilities, trusting that even and especially in pain, your Spirit is near. For those who feel the closeness of death - loss in relationships, loss in opportunities, loss in hope. For those who feel the suffocation of worry and anxiety - in work, in family, in spaces deep within. For those who have a tough time feeling grounded and whole - God we pray,

Resurrect in our lives faith, hope, and love, as surely as you raised Jesus Christ from the grave.

For those far away and trapped in conflict and global power struggles
For those near to us who struggle to engage life in regenerative ways
For those who re-play or numb-out from the trauma they have absorbed - God we pray,

Resurrect in our lives faith, hope, and love, as surely as you raised Jesus Christ from the grave.

For those in need of repair and healing
For those who are caught in loops of unresolved conflict For those of us who feel alone and afraid - God we pray,

Resurrect in our lives faith, hope, and love, as surely as you raised Jesus Christ from the grave.

Holy Spirit, you are in us, you work through us, and you draw us into the community of the Divine. For this and so much more we give God thanks,
AMEN.
