College can be exciting—and overwhelming. Between deadlines, decisions, and figuring out what’s next, it’s easy to feel adrift. Commons helps you find an anchor point with people who care, practices that nurture your spirit, and a bigger story to be part of.

For Young Professionals

Early career years can be full of opportunity, uncertainty, and constant motion. It’s easy to keep moving without noticing what’s shaping you. Commons gives you space to slow down, reflect, and root yourself in something deeper than the next project or promotion.

The roots of Commons start on Sunday nights. In 2014, a group of young adults who had been meeting on Sunday nights and exploring new ways of doing church met and merged with a local church here in Kensington to launch Commons, and we’re so glad that tradition continues to this day for all ages. Following the service, we regroup at a local brewery to continue the conversation.

The 7pm service runs every Sunday night from September to the end of May and relaunches with the university semester every fall.
