This spring series is all about movement. Getting up and getting out. The first part of this series will cover Acts 1-12. These stories are wild and entertaining, and they're also where the church gets its start. The first half of Acts tells of the early teetering steps of the Jesus community learning to walk on its own. 

We'll discuss the movement's birth, what it means to grow up, exercises in courageous witness, and overcoming opposition through peace-making. Let's be inspired to make a difference in the world around us, right there, within our reach.

They're full of apostles and leaders making things work on the fly, taking bigger risks, and learning from mistakes. 

We'll explore the resilience of this spirit-led mission, what it means to include more and adapt further, and how within an expanding movement endings are still inevitable. Let's be inspired to make a difference in the world around us, which is still stretching out into the wider world.
